Menís Programme

KLHC Men's teams compete in the Nepean Hockey Association Competition.

Games are played on Sundays at Kingswood.

Training will take place at Cavanagh Reserve Multi-Purpose Courts Northcott Road Lalor Park

All players are to provide their own sticks, shin pads and mouth-guards.

Just Hockey has a great range of equipment available for purchase. 

Note that hockey is played in joggers, not football boots.

Kings Langley Hockey Club teams wear the following strip:-

  • Black Shorts, Sky Blue Socks, Black-Blue-White Playing Shirt
  • Shirts will be provided by the club.  A $50 deposit must be paid, of which $40.00 will be refunded on return of the shirt
  • Socks ($10) can be purchased through the Club.

Beginners are welcome.


Women's Programme

Fun, Skills and Fitness

If you'd like to have a run, learn some skills and improve your fitness then join KLHC's women's programme.  Numbers haven't got to the magic minimum 16 as yet to allow us to enter a side in to competition but that won't stop us from running a programme.  Details below;

Venue;

The Ponds Multi-Purpose Courts (Tennis Courts), Jonas Bradley Reserve, The Ponds Boulevard, The Ponds

When;

Two free Come and Try Sessions - Wednesday April 26 and again on Wednesday May 3 from 7.30pm to 9.00pm

8 week Term 2 programme commencing Wednesday May 10 from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm and ending on Wednesday June 29


Gear;

  • Wear sports clothes and joggers
  • Bring a stick, shin pads, mouthguard and drink
Please note; the club sells basic equipment.  A pack with shin pads, mouthguard, stick and minkey ball is on sale for $25.00.  The stick in this pack is a maximum 35" stick and the shin pads are small so they may not suit. We also sell a 36 1/2" stick for $20.00 and mouthguard at registration for $5.00.  Subsequent mouthguards cost $10.00.
